I have been blessed with working in a diversified career. I have worked in the corporate world with some distingushed companies, and I have had the priviledge to also work with start-ups. I have developed and organized areas including talent development, leadership, operations, and customer service, bringing over 30 years experience.
My mission here is to empower others, build their confidence, and help them realize that they can achieve anything they desire. I am committed to sharing the knowledge and wisdom I've gained over my career and lifetime, teaching the principles of selfless leadership and effective communication. I believe in fostering happiness and understanding that none of us have all the answers, but through collaboration and working side by side, we can figure it out together. One on-going goal I hold close to my heart is to contribute to the development of future leaders who will continue to leave a positive and lasting impact on not only those they lead and encounter, but the world!
